Current Priority: T1 Mech Locks

The next critical milestone is completing the base T1 design for all four mech classes. POC art exists for Assault and Shield classes. Scout and Support classes need initial concepts and locked designs before proceeding to the full T1-T10 progression.

Gameplay First

Core merge mechanics and Liberation Energy systems take priority over visual polish. The game needs to feel good to play before it looks good.

Each major milestone includes player testing and feedback integration. Better to adjust early than fix late.

Scalable Architecture

Technical decisions prioritize long-term expansion over short-term convenience. Building for 40 mechs, not just 5.
